Understand the DSM-5's role and the different approaches to therapy (CBT, psychodynamic, humanistic, drug therapy).

Unit 9: Social Psychology explores how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are influenced by others. Key concepts include attribution theory (fundamental attribution error, self-serving bias), attitudes (cognitive dissonance), conformity (Asch), obedience (Milgram), group dynamics (groupthink, social loafing), prejudice, and aggression. Many FRQs draw from social psychology experiments, so know the classic studies well.

This is a good time to start integrating a full practice exam section. For example, on Day 24, do a full 70-question MCQ section under timed conditions (70 minutes). Use an official College Board practice exam if you can get your hands on one, or a high-quality one from a reputable prep book. The goal is to build stamina and identify any lingering time management issues.

After completing the exam, take a break. Then, meticulously review your answers. For MCQs, understand every correct answer and why you chose incorrect ones. For FRQs, compare your answers to the scoring guidelines. Did you hit all the points? Was your language clear and precise? This is not just about getting the right answers, but about refining your test-taking approach.

Day 30: Final Review, FRQ Strategy & Rest

The final day should be lighter. Do a quick review of key terms, particularly those you frequently forget. Focus on FRQ strategies: how to break down prompts, how to structure your answer, and how to use psychological terminology effectively. Practice outlining a few FRQs without writing full answers. Remind yourself to define terms first, then apply them to the scenario.

Most importantly, get some rest. Don't cram late into the night. A well-rested mind performs better than an exhausted one. Eat a good meal, do something relaxing, and trust the preparation you've put in over the last 30 days. You've worked hard, and you're ready.
